ONCE YOU ORDER
Once you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email with your purchase details. This includes all pertinent information pertaining to your order (order number, item name, size, color, material, stone, description, price, payment option and any other specific information that you may need to review your purchase.)

 

CANCELLATIONS AND RETURNS
It’s imperative to review your purchase and to contact us within 1 day (24 hours) of your transaction if you would like to cancel or make a change. After that, cancellations or changes are not permitted, as the request will already have been placed to the manufacturer.

We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Your credit/debit card will be taken with your order via Stripe. (https://stripe.com)

 

CARE INSTRUCTIONS
You will receive care instructions with your piece. Each piece is unique; therefore requires specific care.


SHIPPING 

We offer shipping via UPS on all domestic orders.  Please note that UPS will not deliver to P.O. Boxes.  The following charges apply to packages shipped in the continental United States. We offfer UPS Worlwide Express and DHL Express for all orders outside the United States. Actual costs for international shipping are calculated after you have added items to your cart and filled in the shipping address information on the website.

2nd Day Air $25.00

Arrives in two business days when ordered before 1pm EST, Monday-Friday, excluding Saturdays and Holidays*

Next Day Air$45.00

Arrives next business day when ordered before 1pm EST, Monday-Friday, excluding Saturdays and Holidays*

 

* Please note that Three Day, Two Day and Overnight Delivery refers only to delivery time and not to the time needed to prepare your order. While most orders are ready for shipping within 72 hours of placing your order, some orders take additional time. Please allow 48 hours for processing.
* Shipping times are approximate.
* Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding Saturdays and holidays.
*UPS only delivers Monday-Friday, therefore Overnight Delivery shipped on a Friday will arrive on Monday.
 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

All orderes shipped outside the United States are subject to additional shipping charges based on the end country's taxes, tariffs, and duties.  These fees are not associated with COMUNIONE and are to be paid by the recipient upon delivery.

 

ONCE YOUR ORDER HAS SHIPPED

To ensure that items are not compromised in transit, we insure all pieces before sending them out. You will receive notification of your package, which will include a tracking number. Please reach out to us if you have not yet received your package in the estimated time given by UPS/DHL. We will do our best to expedite this service so that you can begin to enjoy your purchase. 

 

FAULTY GOODS
The quality of our products and your happiness are our highest priority. We perform a very thorough quality check when the goods come to us from the manufactures, and when we mail orders. Occasionally, we may miss something, or the item became damaged in transit. If this is the case, please send an email to info@comunionedesign.com
For all other concerns, please reach out to us with your comments, and we will address it as soon as we possibly can. 
If you find that the item you ordered or the order packaging is damaged, contact us immediately by sending an email to info@comunionedesign.com so we can quickly address the issue and find the best solution. 
Please, save all of the packaging and if possible take a picture of the damage. 
In order to process the faulty goods return or exchange, we must receive the item within 7 business days from your receipt.
